Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you deliver?
Most local orders go out within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery is possible when you call early and the route allows. Emergency calls get priority.
What's the minimum rental period?
One week is standard for both portable toilets and dumpsters. Single-day event rentals are common too. Construction accounts often run monthly.
Are weekly service visits included for portable toilets?
Yes. Weekly service — pump, washdown, sanitize, restock paper and sanitizer — is included in the base rental rate. Additional service days are billed per visit at the rate quoted up front.
How do I know what dumpster size I need?
10-yard for small bathroom remodels and heavy material. 20-yard for most home renovations and roofing. 30-yard for whole-house cleanouts. 40-yard for new construction. See the size guide or call us — we'll talk you through it.
Do I need a permit?
Most residential driveway deliveries don't require a permit. Street placements and some HOAs do. We'll flag this during booking.
What can't go in a dumpster?
Hazardous waste, paints (unless dried), oils, batteries, tires, refrigerators with refrigerant, and anything radioactive. Full list provided at booking. Overage fees for prohibited items are real.
Do you handle ADA-accessible units?
Yes — wheelchair-accessible portable toilets are available for events and jobsites. See our ADA service page.
Do you offer restroom trailers for weddings?
Yes. Climate-controlled trailers with flushing toilets, running water, and real finishes. Book early — peak wedding season fills up months in advance.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Just call before your end date. We extend daily at the rate in your contract.
How do I schedule pickup?
Call or text the day before. We slot pickup into the next available route, usually within 1–2 business days.
Do you serve weekends?
Yes for events. Construction delivery is weekday-focused but weekend service can be arranged when needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, ACH, and corporate purchase orders for established accounts.
Do you work with general contractors on multi-jobsite accounts?
Yes. One contact, one invoice, multiple sites. Call for an account setup.
What if a unit gets damaged during my rental?
Normal wear is on us. Vandalism, theft, and major damage are billed at the rates in your contract. We document everything at delivery so there are no surprises.
Can I get a quote without committing?
Yes. Quotes are free and itemized. Call (833) 652-7865 or use the contact form.

Additional Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can portable toilets be delivered?
Most local orders deliver within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery is possible if you call before 10 a.m. and the route allows. Established construction accounts and emergency disaster-response calls get priority routing.
How do I know how many units I need?
For events: 1 unit per 50 guests for 4 hours, then add a unit per 25 additional guests or hour, and bump 15–20% if alcohol is served. For construction: OSHA requires 1 unit per 10 workers for a 40-hour week. Call us with crowd or crew size, duration, and any special needs — we'll size it in two minutes.
How often are portable toilets serviced?
Weekly service — pump, washdown, sanitize, restock paper and sanitizer — is included in the base rental rate. High-traffic construction sites and multi-day events benefit from a second weekly stop or mid-event service. Service days are fixed in your area, so cleanings happen automatically.
What dumpster size should I rent?
10-yard: small concrete, bathroom remodels, yard debris (≈3 pickup loads). 20-yard: roofing up to 30 squares, kitchen remodels, flooring (≈6 loads). 30-yard: whole-house cleanouts, additions (≈9 loads). 40-yard: new construction, commercial demo (≈12 loads). Re-load fees from undersizing usually exceed the cost of sizing up.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster or portable toilet?
Residential driveway placements rarely need a permit. Street placements, alley access, and HOA-controlled neighborhoods often do. We flag permit likelihood during booking based on your address and placement — the permit itself is your responsibility to pull from the city.
Can dumpsters be placed on the street?
Yes, with a city right-of-way permit and reflective markers (we supply the markers). Permits vary by city — some take 24 hours, others a week. Tell us at booking if street placement is required so we can advise on lead time.
Can I rent both portable toilets and dumpsters together?
Yes — bundled delivery is common for construction sites and large residential remodels. One invoice, coordinated delivery and service, one phone number for everything. We'll often deliver both on the same truck if scheduling allows.
What if I need to extend the rental?
Just call before your end date. Daily extensions are billed at the rate in your contract — no penalties or new delivery fees. Long-term accounts can switch to monthly rates with scheduled swap-outs.
What happens if a unit is damaged or vandalized?
Normal wear is on us. Vandalism, theft, fire, or major damage is billed at the rates documented in your contract. We photo-document units at delivery so there are no disputes at pickup.
