You call or fill out the contact form. We confirm the address, the unit, and a delivery window in writing — usually within the hour. On delivery day, our driver places the unit, walks the placement with whoever is on site, and answers questions. After that, your service or pickup schedule runs in the background.

When should event units be delivered?
Typically the day before the event so setup crews have access, or early the morning of for one-day events. Pickup is the next business day. We coordinate timing with your venue's load-in window.
Do you offer event upgrades?
Yes — solar lights for evening events, deluxe units with sinks and mirrors, ADA-accessible units, hand wash stations, and luxury restroom trailers for weddings and VIP areas. Most upgrades can be added up to 7 days before delivery.
What if my event runs into bad weather?
Units are weather-rated and stable in normal wind. We secure them with stakes or weights for high-wind forecasts. Cancellations and reschedules due to weather are handled case-by-case based on the contract — call us as early as possible and we'll work with you.
